Step by step guide to buying your own EVERGREEN park home

We thank you for giving us the opportunity to share in your future plans. If we can help within the process we will, you will find below the areas that may assist you in your purchase.

Stage One

Ensure that the necessary planning authorization is complete before we progress your purchase of any Parkhome. (If you are joining a residential park, the park owners will take care of this). Have a good idea of the size and the minimum number of rooms you require and your budget. (Allow additional money for delivery and siting charges).

Stage Two

Come and have a look at our show models. You will be able to see the build quality, examples of layout and some of our fabulous designs; this may assist you with your own ideas. After this we can then sit down and develop any changes you desire with one of our Design Consultants.

The external finish is your choice; from traditional Stocco, to the new stone blast Vinyl’s, and new for 2005, the latest low maintenance Canexel from Canada. There are many colours and styles so we will show you samples and pictures from homes and Europe to help you.

Each of our orders is given a unique name (by the customer), so we can both track the personal progress of your new home (a factory visit can be arranged during the build or we can send stage build progress reports including photographs).

Stage Three

Meeting to finalise the specifications of your new home, i.e. carpets, curtains and any additional items required not standard (steps, decking, conservatories, etc). Once we have agreed on these items and we are both happy, then we can confirm your build programme.

You will be given full details of the design and specifications and timings of the Evergreen park home and indication of completion date. We will also supply you with a computer image of your new home in the exterior colour of your choice.

(If your new home is going on to a Residential Park/Holiday Park then the final ordering stage and administration will be managed by ourselves and the Park owners, the Park in turn will then confirm all the details with you.)

Stage Four

From the time of ordering your home from Evergreen Park homes UK, to the home being delivered to you, or the park, the lead-time will be less than sixteen weeks unless otherwise stated by you or if there are any unforeseen circumstances.

You can contact us at any time, and once the order is placed, you will be given a personal direct line number, which is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, should you wish to discuss matters regarding your order of for general questions and queries.

We at Evergreen park homes, do not want you to rush in to this investment, take your time, this homes will last for over 60 years, so we have plenty of time, this is a big decision and we want to make the right choice and be happy living in one of our 4 Evergreen homes……
